1. Service Description

Refractnest ("the Service") is a generative-AI hub that dispatches and connects your single request to major third-party AI services. The Service uses Prisms as its unified billing unit. This page is demo template content for demonstration only and does not constitute a formal legal document.

2. Account & Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your API key. Do not share credentials; if you detect unauthorized use, revoke the key in Console and notify us immediately.

3. Prisms & Billing

The daily free GRANT bucket resets to zero each day and does not accumulate; purchased BALANCE never expires. The system always deducts the free bucket first. Prisms consumed per generation on each channel follow the Pricing page, and the Service may adjust them as model providers change.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or infringing activity, distributing malware, producing hateful or minor-inappropriate content, or circumventing third-party AI services' terms. Violators may have their account suspended or terminated, with no refund of consumed Prisms.

5. Third-Party Services

The major AIs connected by the Service are provided by their respective vendors; their availability, output quality and content policies are bound by those vendors' terms. The Service acts only as a hub dispatcher and makes no warranty as to the accuracy or legality of third-party output.

6. Intellectual Property

Rights to the Service's interface, trademarks, code and documentation belong to the Service. Ownership of content you generate through the Service is determined by each third-party AI vendor's terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty of uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. All data in this demo is fictitious.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Where liability applies, it is capped at the fees you actually paid in the preceding three months.

9. Changes to Terms

The Service may update these terms at any time and post them on this page. Material changes will be notified within reason. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
